As an experienced communications professional, I have taught university presidents, trustees, executives, school superintendents and board members to effectively communicate their brand and message to key stakeholders and the news media.
I am skilled in integrated strategic communications, crisis communications, and know the value of creating policies, processes and guidelines to guide communication goals and objectives. I have extensive experience as a spokesperson, a supervisor, a writer, a presenter and trainer, a storyteller, and a teacher. I have coordinated communications and media relations for two Utah universities and two Utah school districts. Currently, I manage marketing and communications for the Utah Women & Leadership Project at Utah State University, and the statewide women's movement, A Bolder Way Forward. |
